Paradise Bay Rental Home

Rental Home Description:

Our rental home at 32-1st Street in Paradise Bay Estates is a double-wide model about 1 block from the bay.  It has 2 bedrooms and two baths, both with Queen beds.  The living area features a fully equipped kitchen / dining / living room living room with a queen sleeper sofa.  There is a full-sized refrigerator, electric range, and a dishwasher.  The sun room on the lower level has an extra full-size futon sofa, a dining set, a full-size washer & dryer, and a covered carport which makes a lovely patio. The association requires a 30-day minimum rental and an application submitted directly to the Paradise Bay office along with a $100 application fee to Paradise Bay Estates.  NO PETS OR SMOKERS please.   

Accommodation Detail:  New to rental market, and this is a fully furnished unit is available starting April 1 2023. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, all bedding, linens, and beach towels.  Beach chairs and umbrellas are in the padlocked shed behind the house.  Feel free to use the gas grill.  Please roll it to the end of the carport near the sidewalk to avoid any heat damage.   Our rates include all utilities & WIFI.  There are no TVs in the bedrooms. DVD player, Roku and streaming is available on the smart TV in the living room using on your own Amazon, Netflix accounts, so please know your user name and passwords.   If you require preferred programming, please download your specific home cable TV App, and use your UN & PW to get all the stations you that subscribe to from your home – while you are here at Paradise Bay. Rate & Fee Detail:  Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons, but one person is required to be 55 or older.  The community is governed by an association, so please respect this, and advise the Paradise Bay office of the dates that any additional occupants will be staying.  Your guests are always welcome, but additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to minimal additional pass-thru association rental fees and /or application process.  The occupancy rental rates listed here do not reflect fees, taxes, or any other charges.  The additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), the $100 application fee (paid directly to Paradise Bay along with your application), and Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) that are required to be collected, and submitted by the owner.  We dont require a security deposit, but damages beyond normal wear are your financial responsibility.  Please contact us promptly so we can address maintenance needs or damages if they occur during your stay.  After your departure, unresolved damage remedies are referred for collection.

To Reserve:  Please make use of the photos and the links we have provided for this home and the surrounding community.  We may be unable to do in-person showings due to existing bookings, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Please call Judy Stein 717 873-8700 for additional information. Or use our calendar to plan a 30-day minimum rental.  If your travel plans are flexible, please consider the full month to accommodate other 30-day rentals.  Use the pro-rated daily rate listed for the exact days to calculate the base cost of your accommodation.  Contact Brad Stein @ 717 873-4110 or bstein6130@aol.com to submit a deposit equal to 50% of this amount.  Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.  The remaining 50% of the cost of your stay, plus the 12% tax & $250 cleaning fee, is due 48 hours prior your arrival.  After you have paid your 50% deposit, please refer to the forms (attached) and submit the following directly to the Paradise Bay Office: 1.) “Application for Occupancy / Renter” form along with a check made payable to “paradise Bay Estates” for $100 (non-refundable). 2.) “HUD Survey of Age” 3.)“Simple Rental Agreement” 4.) A copy of your driver’s license. Forms are attached below:

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of prepaid deposit 4 more weeks prior to arrival, 50% of prepaid deposit 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
